Day 4 - 7 @ Taiwan ✈ ✈ ✈

READ PART I HERE.

So I stopped at Flying Cow Ranch's stay in the previous post. After all the fun we had there, we continued our journey back to township areas on the next day. There goes Day 4, 5, 6, 7, okay bye. Just kidding but this part is really more on shopping & shopping & you don't expect me to take pictures of all shops heh.

It's a girls' thing because foreign items always seemed to be 23 times nicer, prettier and cheaper. HAHA.

Well, the funny thing about our tour trip is that we have to wake up earlier & earlier day by day.
It goes in sequence, no joke! Anyway, it's still quite a relaxing trip because
I always get to sleep in the bus ^ω^v
End up my uncle took photos of me sleeping daily and showed it to me wth ._.

Kissing the sunshine.

Moving on to main attraction of the day : Sun Moon Lake (日月潭)

It is the largest mountain lake as well as a tourist attraction in Taiwan. The east side of the lake resembles a sun while the west side resembles a moon, hence the name.[source]

So we went on a ferry and took a ride around the so damn huge mountain lake.
Couldn't deny the fact that it's really BEAUTIFUL :)

Well, kids were enjoying so far and on the other hand....

Me, suffering from DIZZINESS. What sorcery is this?! Oh no I'm getting old T____T

Can't blame. I don't have seasickness BUT it's all because of the floating ferry dock. Imagine if you're on a ground which is moving up and down. My goodness I felt dizzy before I even enter the ferry lol.

On the way back.
Hope that I would be able to see more & more cherry blossom someday. Wishful thinking heh :D

Day 4 ended with an awesome shopping session at Feng Jia Night Market (逢甲夜市).
A place worth visiting. You can pretty much find everything popular among teenagers here, tasty snacks, the hottest music and clothing. Although the place is a little crowded but the price of most of the items are VERY reasonable there (*^。^*)

To not bore you guys, I would like to show you something, hee :

Apparently the 7-Eleven staffs told us they're out of plastic bags & so
they took out that blue piece (on the left) then TADAAAAAAAAA! And we were like :

(・。・;) (・_・;) (・・;)
WOW. Why don't we have this in M'sia?!

Boots bought from Feng Jia Night Market less than RM60 (゜゜)~

No clouds at all. Day 5 was a really sunny day. In fact, it's the only time that you could feel warmth with the presence of the sun :) Although I am one of those typical M'sian girls whom forever running away from the sun.

Hardly could open my eyes when we arrived at Lover Bridge.

Lover bridge (情人桥) is a white-colored Cable-stayed bridge, derived its name since it was started on February 14, 2003, Valentine’s Day. The total length is approximately 196 meters and the walk across takes approximately 3 minutes. [source]

Took a photo there & quickly jumped into the bus and continued our journey to Tamsui :D

Tamsui (淡水) - A sea-side district in New Taipei City in northern Taiwan (ROC). It is named after the Tamsui River; which means "fresh water".[source]

To be honest, I've a certain liking for that place & I don't know why.
A feeling of happiness overcame me whenever I'm here, yay
Yes, we went to Tamsui twice (Day 5 & 6) because of time limitations we faced while tagging along with the whole tour. It's like we stepped on the land of Tamsui for 15 minutes and then they asked us to gather in the bus already lololol. *flips table*

Nice place to shop around & full of yummy noms along the street!
I MISS THE CHEEZY POTATOES...  T.T

Next stop :  Taipei 101 (台北101), the landmark skyscraper located in Xinyi District, Taipei, Taiwan. No need further explanation because I believe it's super well known worldwide already.

We're here!

And of course, being a tourist, all of us tried our best to snap a photo with that building.
It was easy for me to snap a photo of my teddy but for me....

This is the best I could get HAHA.

I wanted to point at the building but end up pointing at myself -.- And tell me who looks good from that angle?!  Oops, just exaggerating how hard it was to snap this photo, am quite satisfied actually, hee :D

And it came to my surprise that Taiwanese Puppet Show was quite awesome. At first I thought okay it's going to be boring but I WAS WRONG! I really love their interaction with the audience as they even taught us how to do it. Then few of us demonstrated on stage to songs like Baby - Justin Bieber, Nobody - Wonder Girls & so forth. But generally those puppets were busy kissing each other. Super hilarious!

Ah Zhong Mian Sian @ Xi Men Ding

Continued our shopping spree at  Xi Men Ding (西門町), which is by far, everybody's favorite because it's less crowded or should I say the road in between the streets is much much wider. It's basically like an outdoor shopping mall  ∩(⌒▽⌒)∩ Had a really great time there, whee!~

The last day in Taiwan was a free day, which means we can go where ever we want to.
But, indeed it was the most tiring day ever. (゜◇゜)/
Lemme recall our route of the day, basically we departed from :

Hotel - Taipei Station (台北車站) - Tamsui (淡水) - Shihlin (士林) - Xi Men Ding (西門町)

 Group shot @ MRT Station

Note that we had to travel from one place to another via MRT & walked like 123km to reach our destination & shopped around for like 456 hours. *salute* Basically we went to places that we've been to in the past few days so that we could explore every corner if possible lolol.

#OOTD

As you can see, I'm already used to the weather there and I really love it  ♥.♥
I really wish that someday, maybe someday M'sia will shift to another horizon or what so ever.
Okay I think too much.

Yummy yummy steamboat!

Hardly felt my legs anymore at the end of the day. Too.damn.tiring. Eventually sat down on the bathtub and showered wth.. Anyway, everyone's satisfied since it's the last day that we could shop in Taiwan already.

A trip to Taiwan, may not be something much to others but it's definitely one of my best memories in 2012.
And for that, I would like to thank my relatives who are willing to tag me along & also my parents who sponsored my whole trip, 谢谢你们!

It'd been a while since I last traveled to other countries because I know that my parents deserve to spend the money that they earned rather than using it on me. In other words, I'M STILL YOUNG AHAHA & I really believe I'll be capable to travel around the world someday in future. Cheers!

And there goes Day 4, 5, 6, 7 and back to Malaysia, which is as hot as an oven

Don't worry I still love my country :D
