So few weeks back; when I'm still in Kuching, Doreen, Susan & I baked a cheeeeese cake!
Well well, initially I planned to be like pxdkitty - rachelltan.com to blog about cheese cake recipe & all.
Turned out that it was more complicated than I thought, so I was like... forget about it HAHA.
Anyway, this post will be more like story-telling-according-to-the-picture-style.
Bare with me because I just finish working and I really need all the rest I could have （￣ー￣）/
To be more honest with y'all, I only remember the first 2 steps, 500 g of cheese & 500 g of milk lolol.
I just do what I was told to in the rest of the baking process, too much information to remember!

According to Susan's mom, we're supposed to extract the pure egg white / albumin ;
which means we have to get rid of the egg yolk without contaminating the egg white.
The egg white cannot be used once it's contaminated, even the slightest bit.
Erm yes it's something like that, if you get what I mean HAHA.
Using iPhone.
Apparently, I tried so hard but most of the eggs decided to fail on me T^T
So I let Susan take over my position & chose to take some self captured shots in the kitchen. Typical me.
Not forgetting to take photos of my pretty babes - Doreen & Susan (＾▽＾)/
Don't forget that I contributed to the baking process as well ! *waves hard*
It's just there's no one else to help me capture the moment .-.
And lastly, a mixture of everything & off it goes into the oven!
Three of us were super excited actually hee ━━━(゜∀゜)━━━!!!!!
But if I'm not mistaken, we have to wait for around 1 hour 30 mins ++ ,
so we ended up playing Kpop videos (because Doreen wanted to) & SNSD's, forever cannot be missed one!
And we made Apple Juice! Enjoyed eating our home made cheese cake as well :D

we dined in @ Full House! Onnomnom.
As usual, I was busy taking photos because I'm a super enthusiastic blogger HAHAHA.
Meanwhile, Doreen Lee super the perasan as she thought I'm gonna take picture of her tsk tsk.
And me being very kind trying not to disappoint her bwahahaha. *innocent*

Felt really happy to be able to hang out with her - Doreen again!
For my more recent blog readers, she was my first & my best friend while I was doing my Foundation :D
She used to love me very much until I introduced her Kpop, Girls' Generation only actually & then she was super duper into Kpop & ditched me HAHA. Just kidding, it was because of some not-worth-mentioning-human.
Also, many many thanks to Susan! I think she compliments me a little too much that sometimes I don't know how to react HAHA. Thank you, for adoring my fashion sense, presentation skills, leadership skills, dancing or even me studying smart and last minute. Unexpected but I really really appreciate it (:
